HR Systems Analyst - Global Key User

We’re looking for candidate to fill the position within the Global Key Users – the unique and challenging department within Volvo Group HR. The position is open within the SAP Support team (global application support and Group HR Projects connected)

So, who are we - the GLOBAL KEY USERS?

In present times HR uses extensively lots of IT systems. For our most important tools, we need the people with extensive knowledge, experience, and the biggest possible access and authorizations. Our role is to support all stakeholders globally (also local Key Users).

WHO IS SAP HR GLOBAL KEY USER- so who are you?

There’s a SAP Support team within our Global Key Users group. We’re focused on working with SAP HR – our main HR software, as well as multiple applications, interconnected.
We respond daily to the requests we receive and solve complicated problems. We assist and support various stakeholders worldwide. We deal with issues that nobody else would be able to handle elsewhere in the world.
We’re facing the new questions that nobody has attempted to answer before. We perform or trigger current improvements and severe enhancements in the systems.
We take part in the IT tools Group HR projects as contributors and experts



We handle the request in a most skillful way. Do we always know everything? No – we don’t. It is not possible, so we learn every day using various knowledge sources - we support each other with our expertise and experience.
It is never enough for us to respond to the requester, to solve the current problem – we always look beyond. Will that problem affect others? What would be the consequence for the Group? Is there something that needs improvement in general? Should we do more? Does the process or tool need improvement? Should we cooperate with someone in triggering or implementing a change? We never leave unsolved issues behind. This is our approach.

WHAT YOU Bring along?

Summing up – please bring with you your proactive energy, smile, intellectual curiosity, and can-do approach. You don’t need to be an expert already. You need to bring some SAP HR experience from previous positions - probably a year of work as SAP administrator (if you’re curious and interested) with the below listed knowledge about the tool is enough.

· Know how to configure and check tool setup.

· Know how to use basic SAP HR transactions for Personal Administration, Organizational management and reporting purposes.

· Be able to do a basic trouble shooting based on the information stored in the above mentioned.
…and definitely you need to be passionate about making things better.
