Branch Manager

The Prevost Branch Manager develops and mobilizes the members of their team, seeks to continually improve the work processes and organize the operations to meet the business goals while ensuring repeat business and continued customer loyalty.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site leadership; motivation and direction for the branch staff
  • Safeguarding organizational and personal information confidentiality
  • Ensure the compliance with the policies, rules and values of the company
  • Expand the customer base and branch profitability
  • Integrate products/services with customers’ needs to maintain our exceptional quality and service level standards
  • Contribute to the attainment of company objectives through efficient use of resources
  • Foster teamwork and improved communications between sectors
  • Implement improvements in the branch office based on Prevost’s business direction
  • Develop personal, professional and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis
  • Act as a worthy representative for Prevost at all time
The Branch Manager’s success will be evaluated by key metrics that include, but are not limited to:
  • Customer satisfaction levels
  • Branch profitability (P & L accountability)
  • Teamwork and employee satisfaction
  • Efficiency
  • External sales
  • Health and safety level
  • Schedules and deadlines
Required Competencies
  • Strong managerial, organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Extensive customer contract, including building & maintaining customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial business management orientation, sales planning, and strong team-building skills
  • Strong probing, listening, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues
Minimum Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Business Major preferred
  • 10 years of industry related knowledge preferred
  • Commercial Driver’s License highly desired
