We at Analytics Operation work to always stay on top when it comes to offering great products for data science in the Quality and Warranty area. These are mostly used internally find errors and improve our overall quality in our trucks. We are an agile team of about 10 people, but we are growing and looking to become an even bigger team very soon. Our way of work is new to us, that is why we are driven by curiosity and it is important for us to think outside of the box and try new things to be able to best succeed in our new agile work ways. We are very much driven by our passion for what we do and we also value great communication – because without communication we cannot work with so much flexibility and trust as we do today. Lastly, we strongly believe that a helpful team who is passionate about what they do is the key for an effective and good work environment.

Role description

As our new Project Owner, Capability you will have full responsibility for the complete lifecycle of your set of products. Your main role is identify training needs, compose training activities and programs, both within and with external partners and suppliers. You will actively work and engage in the Analyze and Design phase in the product management lifecycle. You will together with the other product owners in the team define the User community’s challenges and support them through producing desirable products. This role also includes a lot of team work and communication outside of your own department and with our other organizations, that is why it is important that you have great communications skills and that you receive energy and inspiration from new environments.
Your main activities and responsibilities will be:
  • Identify competences to participates in Red Cards, QJ or Task forces with an Analytics nature and compose teams from I&DA find solutions and proposals
  • Plan Analytics training activities and programs based on roles in Q&CS and for general purpose for bridging knowledge in GTT
  • Lead, improve and frontload, Level 3 support for Analytics within Q&CS

We believe that to succeed in this role you have the following:
  • Master of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Appl. mathematics or Computer Sc.
  • 5 years of experience within any Analytics area,
  • Coordinating or Project leader experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • You are interested in learning or are you are already well aware of Lean, Agile and other modern methodologies to support fast and innovative Product Development
